How long have you been at this post?

I'm in my 13 years with UKTI and recently been given a task to focus on the Agri sector.

What do enjoy about your role?

Travelling and gets to learn new products and meeting people.

What is your favourite part of living in Malaysia?  

The variety of foods offered, and the beautiful weather (always sunny through out the year)

What do you enjoy the most when you visit the UK? OR What do you miss the most about the UK?

I enjoyed visiting UK during summer – loves the countryside scenery; it is so beautiful. I missed the smmer sale, certain things are way cheaper than Malaysia.

When is the busiest time for your office?

June towards the end of the year.  Trade Missions, seminars and events just happen at this period.

What is the strangest fact you have heard about Malaysia?

Where would you recommend going to (e.g. restaurants, bar, areas of natural beauty) for UK citizens who are planning on visiting Malaysia? OR Where are you favourite places to visit?

Penang for its food, Kota Kinabalu for its mountain (Mount Kinabalu – the highest peak in Asia) and beaches, Langkawi for its duty free shopping.

If you could choose one day to re-live, which day would you choose and why?

My wedding day – so I could have a beautiful garden wedding.

Do you support or work for any charities?

Not directly involved but supporting my residential environmental campaign for a better place to live.

After a long, hard day in the office, what do you do to relax?

Watching movie and enjoying Karaoke with my girlfriends and work-out at the nearest gym.
