All year round, especially Spring and Autumn, peak time for trade missions

What is the strangest fact you have heard about China? 

It has around 50% of the World’s pig population

Where would you recommend going to (e.g. restaurants, bar, areas of natural beauty) for UK citizens who are planning on visiting China? OR Where are you favourite places to visit?

Southern China is the most scenic part of China, but a visit to the Great Wall is a must.
